What if there’s a problem?

Even in exceptional cases – for example if a member of staff falls ill – it goes without saying that we will organize a replacement immediately and free of charge. It is also worth noting that we comply with tax regulations by only registering event staff (who are obliged to follow the instructions given to them in the manner of a normal employer-employee relationship) for the duration of the event.
